Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Unless it is stated as a pre-order, the items will be processed and shipped in 3-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Pre-Order:

In addition to the pre-order being processed and shipped in 3-6 weeks. If any other purchases are included in your order, these will be shipped to you once your pre-order item arrives, so that the entire order is shipped together. If there are any issues with this, please contact us at hello@sheplanswell.co.nz 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order are a flat rate. The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Expect longer wait periods over Christmas due to busy courier drivers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

She Plans Well is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If the product is damaged and not due to shipping, please take photos and email us at hello@sheplanswell.co.nz with your order number and claim. We are real people, real mums, real women, so please be kind. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

She Plans Well is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Incorrect Address Policy

She Plans Well is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
